Setup Wizards
WebChart’s set-up wizards allow practices to set up lab interfaces, sign up for Surescripts
e-prescribe, setup corporate branding, enroll in State Immunization Registries, add users, and
setup a NoMoreClipboard Patient Portal.
Pre-Configured Workflows and Templates
The system will be pre-configured with a generic fax coversheet, script background image, Word
template letterhead and forms library bar coded forms with data overlay (not practice specific).
Immunization Registries
WebChart has interfaced to the following State Immunization Registries:
CHIRP Childrens Healthcare Immunization Registry Program bi-directional HL7
New Jersey Immunization Information Systems (NJIIS) Unidirectional HL7 via HTTPS.
Florida Florida Shots unidirectional Auto-route which automatically sends matching
injections to FL Shots. They are uploaded to the ftp server nightly at midnight.
Michigan Michigan Care Improvement Registry Unidirectional HL7 via HTTPS
Scientific Technologies Corp (STC) Immunization registry to Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Indiana,
Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, West Virginia, Washington State and Wyoming
Wyoming Wyoming Immunization Registry (WYSIIS) – Bi-directional HL7 not via a standard
HTTPS, but using the ACS gateway
SaaS Data and Document Storage
SaaS data/document storage includes all data, documents and dictation (voice) files stored in
the EHR, excluding DICOM images (those are invoiced separately).
Software Upgrades & Maintenance
Product development is a constant process at MIE. New releases and upgrades are made
available on a monthly basis. The new releases contain additional features requested by
customer input. Upgrades are done after hours and in most cases will require less than one hour
of downtime.
Regular user advisory meetings are scheduled to inform and train clients in the latest WebChart
features.
Technical Support
MIE operates a helpdesk that is staffed M-F 8AM-5PM EST with trained technicians in our Ft.
Wayne Indiana Corporate Headquarters. MIE does not outsource our technical support. When
you call for support you will be greeted by a technician not a telephone operator. After hours
calls are forwarded to an on-call trained technician. The customer has access to support
24/7/365. Support options include toll free telephone as well as online and email submissions.
MIE provides effective remote support utilizing a non-invasive, web based remote access
program to enable support. This program is downloaded directly from the MIE support site and
